Dr. Hoagwood is Professor of Clinical Psychology in Psychiatry with Columbia University and Director of Research on Child and Adolescent Services for the Office of Mental Health in the State of New York. 

Dr. Romanelli came to REACH from Columbia University where she continues to serve as Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychology in Psychiatry within its College of Physicians and Surgeons. She is also a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice specializing in cognitive-behavioral treatment for children and adolescents A cum laude graduate of Harvard University (1993) with psychology major, she also was awarded a doctorate from Rutgers (l998) and completed post-doctoral clinical child psychology training at the Yale Child Study Center (l999). At Rutgers, Dr. Romanelli implemented school-based social-emotional learning (SEL) programs that bolstered her work at REACH.
